Originally named North Cottonwood, Farmington got its name change from the fact that the early settlers were a farming community. Now a car-dependent suburban city, there is still public transit via UTA to get around. The safety of the area makes neighborhood walks and runs a delight. The area is considered affluent and well-educated, with the second largest school district in Utah.

Farmington Station Park offers all sorts of different shopping and dining options. It’s easy to see why so many people pick Farmington as the spot to settle down and raise their family in.
